Responsibilities and Duties

• Write website content, blogs, success stories, content based on Coach’s instruction, write for ad campaigns in coordination with Business development team.
• Learn about the coach, the background, the kind of cases she has handled in the past, and the success stories, so that one can writing about the cases being resolved ongoingly.
• Learn and understand the world of coaching and mentoring.
• Participate in social media marketing for the programs and events.
• Be a part of Business development team for Coach Suchetaa, for which training will be provided. Listen with empathy, understand and handle client enquires and questions, and help them by suggesting the right service that will help them.
• It’s not selling, it needs emotional intelligence and empathy to understand people’s problems, especially when they are not on their best behavior because they are going through pain and hopelessness.

Required skills and experience:

• Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
• Must have written content for website or blogs before. You need to share the same with us before the interview.
• Must have command over MS-Excel and MS-Word.
• Passionate about making a difference and helping other human being in living a better life.
• Empathetic, Good listener, understands human emotions and believes in relationships.
• Willing to work 6days a week.
• Will have to report at Electronics City, Bangalore for work.
• Knowledge of social media marketing, fb advertising, Instagram advertising and Linkedin marketing or anyone of them would be an added advantage.
