1.Marriage Counselor / Relationship Coach
Responsibilities and Duties
- Listen with empathy, understand the root cause of their challenge in the relationship, and design a dedicated program based on their personality type, behavioural traits, childhood, family values, and the unique dynamics of their relationship.
- Coach clients face to face, on video calls or on audio calls based on clients’ needs.
- Come for face-to-face counselling for couples or Individuals to the Electronics City office on a need basis (at least 2days a week).
- Review each case on weekly basis with Coach Suchetaa to ensure cases are on track and clients are served till their issues are resolved completely.
- Get trained by and adapt to Coach Suchetaa’s style of relationship Coaching.

Required skills and experience:
- Must have experience in Couple Counselling/ Marriage counselling for more than 5yrs.
- Must be pro at taking video/audio counselling sessions for couples or individuals.

- Willing to some for face-to-face counselling for couples or Individuals to the Electronics City office on a need basis (at least 2days a week).

2.Business Development Manager
Responsibilities and Duties
- Listen with empathy, understand and handle client enquires and questions, and help them by suggesting the right service that will help them.
- Work closely with Coach on a day-to-day basis and manage coach’s schedule, understand the feeling behind serving each client.
- Learn about the coach, the background, the kind of cases she has handled in the past, and the success stories, so that one can speak about the services provided with conviction.
- Will be responsible for business development for Coach Suchetaa, for which training will be provided.
- Learn and understand the world of coaching and mentoring.
- Do social media marketing for the programs and events.
- It’s not selling, it needs emotional intelligence and empathy to understand people’s problems, especially when they are not on their best behavior because they are going through pain and hopelessness.
