Terms and Conditions

•  Coach Suchetaa is not a Psychologist or Psychiatrist. 
• By submitting a request for a particular date, day, and time of appointment does not guarantee your appointment is fixed with the Coach. Once a slot is given to you by any of our team member, it’s blocked only till a specific time for you to make payment. If you fail to make payment by the specified time mentioned by our team, that slot will be released. 
• Once a slot is blocked for you, and you make payment for the same, your appointment will be automatically confirmed. After the confirmation of the appointment, if you opt for cancellation, you will be charged 20%of the amount paid.
• You must sign and send the Agreement of Primary Meeting before your first session with the Coach.
• You cannot record your session with Coach Suchetaa, if found you have recorded the session in any capacity it will have legal consequences. 
  
• Each and every session will be recorded by the Coach and it’s only and only be used for analyzing your case and giving you the best service. Recording of the sessions cannot be given to you, produced in court for any proceedings, cannot be used as evidence for any case, nor can be used for any training or education purpose. It’s strictly confidential to Coach and Coach’s body.
• At the time of coaching, you need to be alone unless it’s a couple of sessions or a family session where the Coach is in agreement to have other people in the call. In case you are found violating this, you can be legally penalized.
• You are needed to sign a non-disclosure agreement where you cannot share with anyone what discussion goes on between you and the coach.
• Once an appointment is confirmed, the call can be cancelled or rescheduled only with prior notice of 48hrs from your side, in case of no show-up from your side or last-minute cancellation, no refund will be given.
•  You cannot have the Coach as a witness in any court case ever.
• Once you signup for the complete package for resolving the concern completely, you can contact the Coach in between in case of any emergency on WhatsApp. She will respond as soon as she finds time.
• You must know causing the results is possible only when you take actions in your life and the Coach is there to support and guide you. Team Coach Suchetaa is not liable if you do not cause results in my life.
• You must share with the Coach all the time truth and facts with honesty, so that coach will guide you based on what you share. You must not hide any information about yourself or your relationship from the Coach at any point for getting the best possible results.
• Once you signup for the complete package for resolving the concern completely, either of the parties can call off the coaching at any point of time. The fee paid once paid is not refundable or transferrable to anybody if the you call off the coaching. However, the balance amount will be paid back if the Coach decides to call off the coaching.
• Coach Suchetaa strongly recommends you to also seek for medical help if you are dealing with any of the following:-                       a) Bipolar effective disorder, schizophrenia, acute or chronic depression, or any other psychotic disorder.                                           b) Are taking, have taken or have been prescribed to take any anti-anxiety/anti-depressant drugs.                                                           c) Have an unresolved history of drug or steroid abuse.                                                                                                                                   d) If you had ideas of suicide, self-harm, or harm to another human being. appointment
